The Autumn Lakes Homeowners Association is a single family residential community of 459 homes. Autumn Lakes is located partially in Friendswood and partially in League City, but has a Friendswood Texas mailing address. Our location provides for an easy drive to Downtown Houston, Galveston and the Seabrook/Kemah areas.
Autumn Lakes HOA is a deed restricted community and maintains high standards for the neighborhood. The Board of Directors typically meets monthly to conduct neighborhood business. There is also an annual meeting of property owners to hold elections, and to share information about the community and upcoming projects.
