The Autumn Lakes Homeowners Association is a single family residential community of 459 homes.  Autumn Lakes is located partially in Friendswood and partially in League City, but has a Friendswood Texas mailing address.  Our location provides for an easy drive to Downtown Houston, Galveston and the Seabrook/Kemah areas. 
 
Autumn Lakes HOA is a deed restricted community and  maintains high standards for the neighborhood. The Board of Directors typically meets monthly to conduct neighborhood business. There is also an annual meeting of property owners to hold elections, and to share information about the community and upcoming projects.

Autumn Lakes Community Garage Sales May 8-9
Friday, May 8th to Saturday, May 9th, 8 am - 3 pm at Community Wide - in your own driveway
This is it!  Your chance to clean out the closet and get rid of old toys.
 
Autumn Lakes has scheduled May 8 and 9 as community garage sale days.
 
Host a garage sale in the comfort of your own driveway.  Check out the neighbor's sales to see if there is anything you can use!
Sales are scheduled for 8 am to 3 pm each day.  The HOA has signs at the entry to the neighborhood.  Please be sure to remove 
any additional signs you may put up once the sales are over.
